New TJ Books Uniform

TJ Books have rolled out new employee workwear across all areas of the factory and warehouse, issuing branded t-shirts and polo tops to all staff. Employees can choose whichever style they prefer, or have a mix, both of which carry the TJ Books branding in black, white and gold.

The new uniform has given our staff members a smart and professional appearance, carrying our branding across the shop floor and creating a sense of unity in the workforce.  Each person at TJ Books is integral to the finished product and to the organisation as a whole, and this investment is designed to bring us further together as a team.

Our brand colours were chosen to reflect our pride in our Cornish heritage, and we aim to further promote this and the pride we take in our work every day with this roll out. It is great to see everyone wearing their shirts so far and staff feedback has been very positive.  We think you will agree, they look very smart!
